Diversity & Inclusion
In this session, the speaker will address:
- Diversity and Inclusion in Law Firms.
What is expected from Law Firm Leadership and how much employee involvement is needed? Engaging employees at all levels will provide the most effective way to reach critical mass and communicate the importance of diversity and inclusion.
- The Difference Between Diversity and Inclusion.
We hear these words together all the time, but what do they mean? How do we combine and then balance the two:
Diversity: "The art of thinking independently together." Malcolm Forbes
Inclusion: "I speak to everyone the same way, whether he is the garbage man or the president of the university." Albert Einstein
- Strategies for Both Diversity and Inclusion.
This session will explore tips on how you can work to reach a higher level of diversity and inclusion.
