Please join your ALA colleagues for a facilitated roundtable discussion on a wide range of topics that are relevant to ALA Silicon Valley Chapter members.

Suggested topics include:

• ALASVC Member Satisfaction Survey Results
• Legal Secretaries/Assistants: A dying profession? How are firms preparing for future need?
• Telecommuting/Work-From-Home Policies: What your formal/informal policies for exempt/non-exempt staff? What are the pros and cons and how do you handle supervision on non-exempt staff and compensation issues? Any flex time policies that you have that are attractive to non-exempt staff?
• Staff Appreciation Ideas
• Educational Training Recommendations
• Summer Attorney Programs: How many firms are having formal summer programs? Who manages and what types of events are being held?
