Speakers:
David Roberts is the partner-in-charge of the law firm services group at Armanino LLP and has more than 30 years of experience working with law firms of all sizes. He and his group have consulted with more than 1,200 law firms regarding strategic planning, partner compensation arrangements, succession planning, partner withdrawal and retirement, organizational reviews, profitability improvement, partner retreats, and mergers and acquisitions.
John Schweisberger serves as the Executive Director of Armanino’s Law Firm Services Group and specializes in the emerging areas of law firm specific analytical tools to assist high-level decision making, back-office outsourcing strategies, process efficiency reviews and firmwide strategic planning. He brings over 30 years of hands-on experience and has previously been a CEO for large professional service firms and a consulting partner at PwC and A.T. Kearney.
