Suggested topics include:

• Performance Evaluations -- Are your firms doing away with the evaluation process?
• ALA's Identity Initiative -- Answer Garden exercise.
• Remote Access for Non-Exempt Employees -- Discussion on firm policies.
• Outsourcing -- Does your firm outsource? If so, for what positions?
