Community Connection - Habitat For Humanity

As a volunteer organization, ALA encourages its members to give back to the community.

ALA Silicon Valley Chapter Members, Business Partners, Family and Friends are invited to join us for this community outreach event for Habitat for Humanity.

Playhouse Program

Time:  8:30 am - Noon (coffee and bagels in the parking lot at 8:00 am)

What we will be doing:

ALA SVC volunteers will be preparing components for future playhouse construction. We will cut and prime playhouse sides, prepare roofing blanks, and assemble trim. This important prep works allows Habitat for Humanity to donate fully functioning playhouse kits to selected charities and families.

No experience is needed! Following a safety orientation, volunteers will be provided with all materials and supervision.
