This session will equip you with the ability to comprehend multiple perspectives through communication and observation, by empowering you with the conscious ability to identify various internal and external factors that influence your perspective in the workplace.

In a collaborative environment, you will learn key elements that will allow you to apply diverse concepts for building meaningful relationships at all levels within an organization.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Actively participate in communication exercises utilizing various perspectives.
  • Understand the contributing factors that influence their perceptions and learn to interact without biases.
  • Embrace diverse concepts and build effective relationships cross-functionally throughout any organization.

Dameon began his professional career in the Telecommunications Industry almost 25 years ago. He has held various leadership roles where he managed diverse work groups across multiple locations. Early in his career, he identified that he had a passion for assisting others to grow personally and professionally.

Dameon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He also holds distinct certifications within Comcast Executive Development programs, such as Fundamentals of Leadership, Manager 2 Mentor leadership programs, and is a certified Change Management Practitioner. Additionally, Dameon has served as the NAMIC (National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications) Membership Chair, participated in WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications), BBBSBA (Big Brothers & Big Sisters of the Bay Area) and currently is the Professional Development lead for Comcast BEN (Black Employee Network).
