About the speaker:
Clayton Fox is a Senior Director in the Procurement Solutions Practice for HBR Consulting. He has extensive experience working with law firms to establish and improve their internal procurement capabilities. He also has experience in change management, strategic sourcing, technology implementation, process improvement, and staff training and development. Clayton also leads HBR's Managed Services Practice which works to develop and provide customized procurement support and solutions for law firms.
