Social Media 101

Each day headlines are filled with news of another new social media tool or technology. These have the promise to add great value to your firm. But, rapid technological innovation adds more work to the already busy job of law firm administrators. In this one hour lunch, we'll strip away the hype and focus on the essentials of social media that every firm must do to keep up. And, we'll explore social media strategies that will separate your firm from the others, including: best ways to encourage attorneys in your firm to get online and best practices for monitoring and engaging in the social media conversations that impact your firm and its clients.
