ALA Virtual Master Class: A Framework for DEI&A

Two sessions will be held each day: one at 10–11:30 AM Central and the other at 2–3:30 PM Central.

This Master Class will show you how and why the deliberate process of seeking and welcoming diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility is vital to your firm.

High-performing legal organizations are becoming more and more proactive in their diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEI&A) efforts, developing processes and policies that correspond with specific goals and desired culture. This conference will set the framework from which you can better define DEI&A for both you and your firm.
