Roundtable for Legal Management Professionals

Please join your ALA colleagues for a roundtable discussion on topics that are relevant to Silicon Valley Chapter members.

Suggested topics include:

• What are your strategies for the long-term work structure: remote, in-office, or hybrid?
• If you are continuing a remote or hybrid structure, are there weekly/monthly in-office requirements?
• Are you converting private offices to shared offices and/or hoteling arrangements with a reservation system?
• Are vaccinations optional or required for employees? If required, are you asking for self-certification or proof of vaccine? What are the conditions for those who have not been vaccinated? Any other concerns?
• What are your office safety protocols for visitors? Will you ask visitors about their vaccine status or simply require masks and social distancing for visitors? 
• When returning to the office, are you giving a welcome-back gift or having a welcome-back event?
