Building a Winning Workplace

What does it take to build a winning workplace? All legal professionals want to be part of a winning work environment where their teams take ownership, work collaboratively, and exhibit a growth mindset. But, what concrete steps can we take to supercharge others and bring out their best? In other words, how can we cultivate a work environment where we all win?

As a basketball coach, educator, author, pastor, legal administrator, husband, father, and mentor, Kevin Lee inspires audiences with lessons to help people strive to win at work and in every area of life.

A winning workplace has three key foci: strengths, safety, and communication. Kevin’s words provide an inspiring message for anyone who wants to build a winning workplace.

Learning objectives:

  • Learn to focus on strengths to help increase job satisfaction and overall productivity.

  • Develop new and different interpersonal skills that help you build trust and promote authenticity.

  • Understand the expectations of leaders who want to effectively lead others and build connectivity.
