California LTC Legislation – Are You Prepared?

The state of California (along with 30+) is getting closer to mandating Long Term Care Insurance be carried by all its citizens. California is the closest to passing imminent legislation that will affect all businesses and especially your firms. California will likely be first up. 

LTC Solutions, Inc. will hold an urgent webinar exclusively for the members of all California Chapters collectively on March 22, 2023.

  • WA state passed in 2021, With LTC legislation passed in WA, bills introduced in 5 additional states, and 14 other states in the discussion phase, the domino effect has begun.
