Let’s talk about the difference between leadership and management, and how to move between them in your day-to-day activities.

We will include a discussion about the powerful leadership skills of communication, empathy, mindset, listening, and authenticity.

Learning objectives:

  • Explore mindset – first your own, and then how to know and influence the mindset of others.
  • Practice listening and empathy with your current challenges.
  • Build communication skills to activate innovation and advancement in your firm, your teams, and your life.
