ALA's Chapter Leadership Institute (CLI) is an orientation, training and networking event for chapter officers and volunteer leaders.

Participants include ALA's Board of Directors, Chapter Connection Committee, Chapter Leaders, Business Partners, and key members of the Headquarters Staff.

CLI provides a unique opportunity for learning about and strengthening your chapter leadership role, sharing ideas and experiences with colleagues, expanding your network and increasing your knowledge and leadership skills. It is an intensive two-day program, with sessions extending from early morning to late afternoon each day.
